Refund policy
At Anant Exports, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
- You received a defective or damaged product.
- The product delivered was significantly different from what was described on the website.
- Approved cancellations made within the stipulated cancellation window (12 hours of order placement).
Note: Refunds are not provided for:
- Customized, stitched, or altered items.
- Minor variations in color or fabric texture, as these are inherent to handcrafted and natural fabric products.
- Return requests initiated after the 24-hour window of receiving the product.
2. Refund Process
- Initiate a Return: Refunds will only be considered for products eligible for return. Follow the return policy to ensure eligibility.
- Inspection: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit based on your preference.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Products that are returned but show signs of minimal use or damage during transit.
- Orders where a refund request is raised due to subjective reasons like size issues, provided the item meets return eligibility criteria.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
To avoid confusion, the following categories of products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Festival products (festive wear, seasonal festive collections, etc.)
- Imitation jewelry or accessories
- Other accessories (bags, belts, scarves, etc.)
- Customized / personalized products — any item made to the customer’s specifications (size adjustments, prints, monograms, altered designs)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges or any partial payments / advance payments made toward orders
In other words, once an order is placed for any of the above, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (full or partial).
5. Refund Timelines
- Refunds to original payment methods (credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.) may take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Refunds issued as store credit will be available within 48 hours after approval.
6. Store Credit Option
For faster processing, you may opt for store credit, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Returns received in a damaged condition due to improper packaging by the customer.
- Disputes raised without prior communication or valid reason.
