Order Cancellation by Customer:
  1. Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at anantexports_surat@yahoo.com or call us at +91 9033552277 within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and process a full refund.
  2. After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a replacement or return as per our policy detailed below.

Order Cancellation by Anant Exports: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability or payment issues. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.

Non-Cancellation: Once an order for a customized product is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as the item is specifically created for you.

Worldwide Policy: No cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed for customized products. We thoroughly inspect each product before shipping to ensure quality, making manufacturing defects highly unlikely.

Open Package Video: It is compulsory for customers to record an unboxing video when receiving the parcel. This video will serve as proof in case of any discrepancies.

Festival Products: All items marked as festival products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase of these items.

Replacement Policy

Eligibility for Replacement:
  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at anantexports_surat@yahoo.com with your order details and photographic evidence of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
  2. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you as a replacement.

Replacement Process:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with the necessary details and evidence.
  2. Return the Product: We will provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable.
  3. Receive Replacement: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will send you a replacement.

Refund Policy
